Arthur is the Managing Partner of McKinsey’s Hong Kong office. He focuses on driving holistic and transformational change at companies in Hong Kong and the Greater China region.

- In 2013, Arthur was seconded to the Hong Kong government in the Financial Services Development Council for 9 months to advise on strengthening Hong Kong as an international financial centre
- In 2015, Arthur took a 6-month sabbatical to be an advisor at several Asian startup companies. He is also a certified Scrum Master by Scrum Alliance to lead cross-functional agile development teams
- Arthur holds an BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge. Arthur is a Past President of the Oxford and Cambridge Society of Hong Kong
