Dr. Paul Sin is now leading the group technology function of New World Development, a conglomerate covering property, retail, healthcare, infrastructure, etc. with over 25 years of IT management and consulting experience. Prior to this role, Paul established the FinTech consulting practice and Asia Pacific Blockchain Lab in Deloitte. Paul had also incubated and served as CEO and Executive Director of a FinTech startup before, as well as led the IT functions of different multinational financial institutes.
